I-Shou is a private, co-education institution with a global outlook for early learning, primary and high school students. Located in Kaohsiung, it offers bilingual education for national and international students.
We had three core audiences to design for:
- Existing Families
- Prospective Families
- Expat Teaching Careers
The primary purpose of the revamp was to drive new student enrollment. iamrobert developed a complete digital strategy, defining the site architecture, user experience, and content structure that ensures visitors have a compelling experience.
The school enrollment decision journey has shifted to digital -- and I-Shou hadn't.
The old website couldn't track visitors, worked only on desktop, was challenging to update, and was out-of-date. The site needed a way to nurture leads and to shift enrollment applications online.
To simplify its enrollment process and adapt to parents' growing mobile usage, I-Shou needed to completely overhaul its site design. We saw the marketing website as an opportunity to tell their brand's story and showcase what makes them unique.

Understand The Enrollment Journey
In the discovery phase, we looked at how parents choose a school. Education is a highly-involved decision and one that requires many different touch points along the way. Parents' paths to choosing to enroll are often long and deliberate.

Research from Google shows that over 72% of education conversions take over two weeks of lead time. As the enrollment journey narrows, they begin to search by the school name.
We created a marketing site that syncs design and content to send the right message to the target audience. The result is a beautiful, content-forward approach.
New Design for a New Era
We helped I-Shou build their visual identity using beautiful typography and playful colors and icons. We used a responsive website design for a seamless experience across every device.
Optimize the Homepage for
Seven seconds. That's all it takes for a website visitor to decide to stay or leave your website. Our homepage design went with a simple, uncluttered design to guide prospects to the right program for them while highlighting what makes I-Shou unique.
CMS with Visual Builder
Our goal was to create a standalone and autonomous site that could easily be managed and updated by I-Shou. By building different content types, it enables them to add News, and also Events to the calendar quickly.

In its first year, the website handled over 180 applications ($90,000,000ntd in value) from around the world. For a school with approximately 750 pupils, this represents a quarter of the new student body. We are working with I-Shou monthly to help them win at the new education decision journey.
